WestEd’s Regional Training is being condensed and offered virtually for any consortia teams that could not attend the in-person event. will be offered will equip consortia teams to leverage data for tailored program planning, identify gaps in service, and develop responsive strategies to meet community needs. Online participants explore the use of community personas based on demographic profiles, use CAEP data tools to identify service gaps, and collaboratively brainstorm strategies to address those needs. The personas serve as focal points throughout the day to ensure proposed strategies are both relevant and impactful for actual community members. By the end of the session, each team will have outlined specific service gaps and corresponding strategies for inclusion in their three-year plan, enhancing alignment with regional needs. |
