Program evaluation examines the structure, needs, and outcomes of program design with the goal of improving student learning and meeting their needs. As part of the pre-planning activities, WestEd will engage consortia in a systematic approach to collect and analyze consortia demographic and program level data to review the effectiveness and efficiency of programs. The outcomes of this session will assist consortia with goal-setting and targets, the next phase in the 3-year planning process. |
