Fall 2020 marked Chaffey College's implementation of a structured SB 554 program in collaboration with the adult schools in its district. This presentation, featuring presenters from Chaffey Adult School and Chaffey College will review elements of the "special admit" designation, E-forms used for enrolling HSD/HSE students in credit courses, onboarding, ed planning, and fee waivers for nonresidents. The presentation will also discuss some of the barriers that occur as students move from dual enrollment HSD/HSE to "first-time" or "returning" college students. |
