About Us

The California Adult Education Program Technical Assistance Project (CAEP TAP) provides technical assistance (TA), professional development (PD), coordinated communication services, and capacity building to adult education agencies in California. CAEP TAP supports all of California’s 71 CAEP consortia by working creatively and collaboratively with project partners to provide the TA and PD needed to increase adult learners' success in postsecondary education, career, and the community.
